Downing Street Minutes
Yesterday I attended the rally in support of John Conyers Senate Judiciary committee hearing on the Downing Street Memo (which is not a memo - it's actual minutes of the meeting). I tried audio blogging from the rally but keep getting a busy signal.
Symbolman from Take Back the Media got video of the actual hearing and will be combining that with my footage from the Rally and Petition delivery at the gates of The White House to produce a DVD of the event that will be available within the week. Order Yours Now? Check Take Back the Media for on-line highlight clips from the event.
I turned over my footage for this event to Symbolman because I'll be covering the BioTech protests in Philly for the next few days and didn't have time to edit the Downing Street Minutes footage anyway.

What up dude?
You're putting out some great stuff lately, rock on.
Are you going to the G8 in Scotland, or one of the solidarity protests here in the states?
Peace.
Can't be every where... but I can try. It looks like you've also grown weary of investing time into liberal democrats .. love your "new" site.
I'm still researching the socialist and anarcho-syndicalist concepts in terms of integration with our current process. I’m trying to figure out how to overcome the stigma of anarchy, socialism and Marxist theory. My goal is to reframe the entire debate in an attempt to overcome some of the fear doctrine. I’ve been trying to think out loud on the web site to encourage an exchange of ideas and creative input from the community as it develops, like a social growth project of sorts. All of this in a system where I fully realize we can’t vote our way to true democracy. :-/ Please feel free to share your thoughts.
Your blog is looking great; you’ve put together some great footage. As a reader, you can’t help but be inspired by your journey.
Thanks for everything you do.
Peace
I saw a little anarchy in action in south Philly. For miles on 1 road leading into town there were cars packed in the middle of the road. It was a 4 lane surface street with lights on each block and a painted yellow lane down the middle. That's where people were parked .. with very few open spaces .. for a mile or 2. I asked a local what the deal was and they said the locals had just started parking there and the cops don't ticket them. It was an awesome sight.
